Unless conducted by a licensed attorney under a signed engagement agreement, non-legal services are for general informational purposes only and are not legal advice. You are encouraged to seek independent evaluations from other qualified immigration attorneys.

License to Use Website & Prohibited Uses

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
• Use automated tools (including bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to access or collect data from our site.
• Use any content, data, or results from our site to develop competing products or services.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ashoori Law, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our website or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of applicable law; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your content, data, or conduct.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of our website or services will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Consultation Disclaimer

Consultations provided by Ashoori Law are informational only and should not be relied upon as legal advice. If you choose to proceed based on the information provided during a consultation, you do so at your own risk.

Your consultation may be conducted by:

• An attorney affiliated with Ashoori Law
• A collaborating attorney (who is not an employee of Ashoori Law)
• A non-lawyer client manager trained in immigration processes
• A digital AI agent trained on immigration information and Ashoori Law processes, which is not a licensed attorney. AI consultations are provided solely for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for legal advice from a qualified attorney. In some cases, a paid consultation may be required with a Collaborating Attorney. By agreeing to such a consultation, you authorize Ashoori Law to share your information (including forms, worksheets, CVs, and prior communications) with the Collaborating Attorney for the purposes of the consultation.
